Mizuki is a 6★ Stalker (formerly known as Controller) Specialist that can Stun, Bind, and deal Arts damage.
Talents and Skills
Archetype: Stalker Specialist
Trait: Deals Damage to all targets within range. 50% chance to dodge Physical and Arts attacks and is less likely to be targeted by enemies
Talent 1: Attacks deal an additional amount of Arts damage to the enemy with the lowest HP.
Talent 2: When there are enemies with less than 50% HP within Attack Range, increase ATK
Skill 1: The next attack deals increased Physical damage and increases the damage multiplier of Talent 1
Skill 2: Reduce Attack Interval, increase ATK. Talent 1 attacks 1 additional target and Binds the targets for a short duration.
Skill 3: Increase ATK and Attack Range. Talent 1 attacks 2 additional targets and Stuns the targets for a short duration; If attacks hit less than 3 enemies, lose a certain amount of HP (12%?)
First Impressions
Note: These are first impressions and based on conjecture since we don’t know the exact details.
Mizuki will be the first 6 Star Stalker Specialist (formally called Controller Specialists) whose kit covers a lot of the utility provided by the lower rarity members of the archetype and cranks it up a bit. His Talents both provide DPS increases, with the first adding an Arts attack and the second ramping up her ATK against low HP enemies.
S2 lowers his attack interval and adds a Bind as well as increasing her ATK and Talent 1 targets. S3 looks like it ramps things up even further, extending his attack range, increasing his ATK and Talent 1 targets, and adding a Stun.
Mizuki doesn't seem to offer a new niche or role over existing members of the Archetype, but it seems likely that he will be a pure upgrade over the others in most cases, though it is possible that Manticore or Ethan could provide better control depending on what the SP costs and duration of his S2 and S3 end up being.
