“Doctor, salutations from Podenco! Feel free to visit me at the greenhouse when you have some time!”
“Seems there’s a new operator in the Convalescence Garden.”
“Oh? Lena finally got an assistant?”
“That’s right. Seems she specialises in floriculture.”
“Oh? Oho, that's nice, very nice.”
“Yeah, I’m gonna have ask her what flowers a guy would like.”
“You’re giving your boyfriend flowers again?”
“Er, what’s that new operator's name again?”
“Podenco, alright. I’m gonna go see her now. See you later.”
“Allight, see ya.”
“Remember to get me a bag of floral tea!”
Podenco is a 4★ Slower Supporter of Rhodes Island with a Skill set that allows her to act in an AoE/Damage Over Time capacity that can disable special abilities, or as a support healer option.
Talents and Skills
Trait: Deals Arts Damage and Slows the target for a short time
Talent: While Podenco is deployed, increase all [Supporter] operators' ATK
Skill 1: During skill activation, increase ATK and change to healing allies.
Skill 2: During skill activation, Podenco throws a small bottle which spawns spores in an area after breaking. The spores will slow enemies in the area, disable enemy special abilities and deal a certain amount of Arts damage every second.
Note: These are first impressions and based on conjecture since we don’t know the exact details.
Podenco will be the second 4★ Slower Supporter in the game, and like her predecessor Earthspirit, will have an AoE Slowing Skill. Podenco's looks to be a "splash" AoE effect that also does damage (Arts-over-time), unlike that of of Earthspirit's.
Podenco's S1 is the first Skill among Slower Supporters to activate healing (Angelina has a Talent that has a global heal). This offers a unique healing range, though how useful it will be will likely depend on the length of the cooldown.
Her second Skill also provide utility as it seals enemy special abilities along with applying AoE Slowing and an Arts DoT.
Slowers are sometimes not relied upon for their damage, so having different utility available might be useful to have in the tool belt.
