In small-scale conflict, long-range heavy bombardment can support allies with an irreplaceable firepower advantage, but when facing against superior enemy forces or fire coverage, they would seem extremely fragile. Thus, a Vouivre siege weapon Operator like Toddifons with high stamina and close-quarter combat techniques can without doubt turn the tides of battle, not to mention the portable siege weapon she made herself that can dump out firepower with more flexibility, and provide allies with strong and reliable coverage. As for outside the battlefield? That... it doesn't matter what we say, how about you ask Toddifons yourself, Doctor?
[Toddifons] is a 5★ Heavyweight Sniper that can deal AoE Physical damage, and reduce the DEF of an enemy and cause other Operators to prioritize attacking it.
Talents and Skills
Archetype: Heavyweight Sniper
Trait: Attacks the heaviest enemy first
Talent: When attacking [Sarkaz] enemies, increase ATK
Skill 1: During skill activation, immediately mark an enemy within attack range (prioritize heavier Sarkaz enemies), increasing its target priority for allies and reducing its DEF. Toddifons deals a certain amount of physical damage every attack.
Skill 2: During skill activation, slightly increase attack interval. Attacks with fire dragon arrows that deal a certain amount of Physical damage and explode after a short delay, dealing additional Physical damage to the target and nearby enemies. Activating the skill grants a certain amount of arrows, and the skill ends when all arrows are consumed

Toddifons is only the second Heavyweight Sniper to appear in Arknights, the first (and only so far) being Rosa. Thus, she has the Talent that causes her to prioritize heavy enemies, and will have the unique long attack range with a short-range gap:
She'll also inherit the slightly slower ASPD and higher base ATK of this archetype.
Her S1 brings a new tool to the game, lowering the DEF of her target, and causing other Operators to prioritize it as well. This will help make best use of the debuff (since her target prioritization will be different from other operators when there are heavy units mixed in with lighter ones), and could be a useful tool in situations where you want to focus down a heavier, more dangerous enemy instead of getting distracted by the small-fries.
S2 provides her with some AoE Physical damage firepower. Since heavy enemies typically have high DEF, and she doesn't have any DEF reduction or ignore while using this skill, it will be interesting to see if it is useful in practice. perhaps for thinning the ranks of small-fries supporting a heavier unit.
