Supplies Surprise!
Arknights has a little surprise for those that earned more [Operation Protocols] than they needed to unlock all the Risk Contracts (or maybe it was for ALL [Operation Protocols] earned, spent or not)! They have been converted to [Operation Barrenland Supplies] crates, and are waiting to be picked up in the Contingency Contract area that can be found on the combat selection screen (see the red arrow in the image below):
When you go to the page, the Supplies Surprise should pop up like so:
