Is Halloween better than Live2D?
With the [Maria Nearl Rerun] event, players will have a chance to buy Phantom's Halloween Skin for 18 OP.
This month in CN (roughly 5-6 months ahead of us), players can earn a Live2D skin for Phantom through the [Integrated Strategies 2] game mode. Players that prefer this skin (and plan on playing the mode to earn it) should probably NOT buy the halloween skin (unless he is husbando and you are collecting).
