Arknights Rumor Mill: Is CN getting a Rainbow 6 Siege rerun soon?

The Rainbow 6 Siege collab released alongside the Originium Dust event brought us some very special Operators, including Ash, Blitz, Frost and Tachanka, now somewhat controversial due to their "limited-over-limited" status, with their event having been completely skipped from the rotation schedule in the Chinese server.

Recently, however, a couple of clues have emerged pointing to the fact that they might, in fact, be getting a rerun somewhat soon.

Recently, with the release of the Guiding Light event in the Chinese server, a weird, barely ever used Operator got a slight buff, mentioned nowhere in the patch notes for this update.

Frost, the 5★ Trapper Specialist from the Rainbow 6 Siege banner, got her DP Cost reduced by 2 under mysterious circumstances. This change was not mentioned in any patch notes, and hasn't happened with any of the other Rainbow 6 Siege Operators nor with the other Trapper Specialist, Robin. This has come with the strange side effect of the welfare Operator now being more expensive than the only gacha representative of the archetype.
