Should You Clear the IC Event Milestones?
With the Interlocking Competition event stages not dropping development materials, and the event grind feeling rather boring, some players are wondering if the unimpressive-seeming Milestone rewards are even worth it.
The short answer: Yes, the milestones are sanity efficient, so clear them before going back to normal farming.
The Longer answer:Here is a graph that plots the sanity efficiency of the Milstone rewards. The main thing to take note of is the yellow line. If that line would drop below 0, that would indicate it is not sanity efficient to continue clearing the Milestones. Since the yellow line never drops below 0, it is sanity efficient to clear the Milestones. (source)
