Operator Eliza Cohen, codename Ash, Rainbow member, one of the witnesses to the "Watchtower 33" incident, and was registered as a Rhodes Island collaborator afterward.

Ash is nominally the leader of Rainbow. She has outstanding combat capabilities and commanding techniques, is adept at quick incursions, has her unique explosive tactics, and can accurately detonate obstacles to create cover or breakpoints in complex environments.

Without a doubt, Ash and her team are very professional combat personnel. Rhodes Island Operators can learn a lot from many of their combat techniques, and hopefully there will be more in-depth communications in future collaborations.

Archetype: Anti-Air Sniper

Trait: Attacks aerial enemies first

Talent: After deployment, immediately throw a flashbang at an enemy within Attack Range, Stunning the target and nearby enemies for several seconds

Skill 1: During skill activation, increase ATK and deal multiple hits every attack. Infinite duration.

Skill 2: After skill activation, immediately activate Talent 1. Reduce Attack Interval and increase ATK against stunned enemies. Ash has a set number of ammunition. When all ammunition is consumed, the skill will end (can end the skill manually at any time)

Skill 3: After skill activation, immediately fire a Breaching Round, dealing a certain amount of physical damage to enemies in the line of fire and Pushing them back with a certain Force. After detonating, deal a certain amount of physical damage to nearby enemies (if the Breaching Round hits a high tile from a low tile, immediately detonate and deal higher physical damage) Can only use 2 times per deployment.

First Impressions

Note: These are first impressions and based on conjecture since we don’t know the exact details. 

Ash will be the third 6★ Anti-Air Sniper, and has a kit that can provide both crowd-control and damage.  Her Talent provides an on-demand Stun on deploy, and is also re-trigged by S2 activation along with increasing her ASPD to rapid fire and increasing her damage against Stunned targets.  S2 seems to be a great control-and-burst option, and it would synergize well with W!

S3 can Push enemies in her line of fire, making her the first Sniper with a Shift ability, and based on the GIF it looks like the push has a Splash AoE type radius and decent Force level.  It also deals extra damage to enemies on ranged grids if the shot is detonated on a melee grid.  It does come with a drawback of only being usable twice per deployment, though, so it is a Skill that would need to be used strategically.

S1 is her consistent set-and-forget Skill, that has infinite duration, and once it activates gives her increased ATK and deals multiple hits with each attack.

Push and Splash AoE abilities are both novel within the Archetype, and crowd-control is not extremely common.  To back that up, She has more traditional multi-hit and burst Skills to use in more common settings.  Overall she looks like a very interesting unit and addition to the AA Sniper Archetype!

A member of the Rainbow Squad, Eliza Cohen, codenamed Ash, was one of the witnesses to the Watchtower 33 incident and was registered as a Rhodes Island collaborator after the incident.

Ash was the nominal leader of the Rainbow Squad, with outstanding combat and command skills, a knack for rapid entry and her own unique demolition tactics, able to blast through obstacles to create cover or breakthroughs in complex environments.

There is no doubt that Ash and her squad are professional fighters, and many of their combat skills are worth learning for Rhodes Island operators, and we hope to have more in-depth exchanges in the future.

Ash has a distinctly independent personality from which it is difficult to separate her from her personal stuff. At the same time, Ash is cautious and does not cultivate many close relationships. She will discipline her operators seriously, and some may find her too harsh, but she is only concerned with one thing - getting her crew home alive.

Miss Cohen has a keen instinct for buildings and on her first visit to Rhodes she pointed out several poorly constructed structures on the main ship. After testing these locations, it was found that they were indeed a safety hazard and Miss Cohen assisted the Rhodes operators in making adjustments and repairs to these locations. During the course of guiding the repairs, it became apparent to the engineering crew that Miss Cohen had already started on the repairs while they were still discussing what to do. This was certainly related to her systematic knowledge base of engineering and structures, but more importantly, it was probably the experience gained from making one stressful decision after another. She may not be able to come up with the perfect solution, but she can always come up with a plan that is less risky and easier to implement

And she is always personally responsible for the most dangerous aspects of the process.

Every battle here has exhausted Ash, she can face the brazen bandits and outlaws with composure, but when Blitz's shield was easily penetrated by a large boulder spider, and she had encountered a fierce Vouivre who could throw a heavy javelin fifty metres with ease, Ash's combat deployment has become increasingly cautious. Any misstep in command and the whole squad would be doomed - something she had realised time and again in recent battles.

So in addition to improving her own command, she began to draw more on the wisdom of her team: the meticulousness of Frost, the candour of Tachanka and the optimism of Blitz. In this world, she could not make decisions alone, and on the way home, they would be fighting side by side.

The Rainbow Squad will always be one.

"Miss Cohen's blaster launcher doesn't require too many changes, just modify hers to a version compatible with generic Originium ammunition" --that's what I was thinking, but Miss Cohen seems to have some special requirements for ammunition.

Drills into the surface upon contact with a wall and explode? No Originium Arts required? Was Miss Cohen's previous ammunition something so magical? She said she couldn't remember the exact steps, but could share some of the technical points with me... great!

With Miss Cohen's help we made the prototype ammunition she described, it wasn't an easy process, but it worked out great! Just ...... The process of making this ammunition is too complex to let it be used as regular ammunition, so we had to fall back on ensuring compatibility with regular launchers.

On the other hand, it is still more convenient than Originium Arts.
