Operator Overview
“Nice to meet you, Doctor. I’m Lyra, a perfumer. Interesting job, right? Did you know it existed?”
Though her elegance and grace make her aromatherapy career seem effortless, Perfumer is a hard worker who built her business from the ground up. Her perfectionist work ethic shines through on the battlefield, where she tends to her allies’ wounds with soothing blends of lavender essence. As the easiest AOE Medic to obtain and one of Arknight's few sources of global healing, Perfumer is a staple Operator for many players, both old and new.
Perfumer’s healing works best over time. This is exemplified by her second Skill, Fine Blending, a manually activated Skill that reduces her action speed but dramatically increases her healing power. She complements this Skill with her Talent, Lavender, which constantly heals all of Perfumer’s allies over time by a percentage of her ATK -- no matter where they are on the field! Since Lavender is a global heal, it is one of the few sources of healing that will restore Operators that cannot receive direct heals (e.g. Vulcan or Hellagur). Since Fine Blending increases her ATK and therefore the power of her Talent, Perfumer can output a surprising amount of healing for allies she cannot directly heal.
Because her healing is rather weak when her Skill isn’t active (like most AoE Medics), Perfumer sometimes struggles to keep her allies alive. Enemies with high attack speed are particularly dangerous, since Fine Blending slows Perfumer’s rate of healing, giving such foes a chance to outpace her increased power. That being said, Perfumer’s ability to heal all allies across the map with her Talent is enough to make her invaluable to Rhodes Island, and her weaknesses do not stop her from doing her job beautifully.
Newbie Tier List Explanation
Has no utility beyond healing, but passively heals all allies on the map regardless of location, including Operators like Hellagur that cannot be directly healed. She has an excellent base skill at E1, so she will be raised anyway.
Elite Promotion Discussion
Perfumer’s Talent, Lavender, on top of keeping them calm and smelling fresh and clean, heals all allies on the field every second based on a percentage of her ATK. This can be extremely useful on maps that apply a Damage-Over-Time effect to all Operators, for giving support to Operators outside of Medic range, or healing Operators that cannot be healed directly(e.g. Vulcan or Hellagur). With her Skill 2 active, or other ATK boosts, the amount of healing can be quite impressive. Reaching E2 improves the ATK% from 3 to 5%, a nice increase.

Perfumer holds a very nice niche over her higher rarity counterparts thanks to her global regen. Her S2 is her better skill since it supercharges said regen. The low cost and general viability make it one of the better pure healing skills; however, she will usually work perfectly fine at SL7. Assuming E2, the jump from SL7 to S2M3 is only about 9 healing-per-second (HPS) on the global heal.

Meta Use: Medium/Low
Explanation: AoE Medics are the best choice for handling group-wide damage, and because of her Talent, Perfumer specifically is a great choice for "poison mist" type stages where every deployed Operator is taking damage. This Module plays right into that strength, enabling her to heal an extra Operator with each heal. This can greatly increase her healing output in times of heavy damage, or add some useful top-offs when damage is smaller but steadier.
Base Skill Analysis
Perfumer gains her second RIIC Skill at Elite 1.
Is it worth it? Yes. This is a great Factory buff, and Perfumer is a strong AoE Medic whose Talent makes her HP/s quite good on large maps or maps with constant HP loss, so she will likely be leveled anyway.
