Lungmen Spec-Operators Banner Information

Hot on the heels of our foray into the nation of Lungmen in Story Chapter 5, this new banner features rate ups on the following 3 Operators:

A 6★ pull during this banner will offer a 50% chance of Hoshiguma, and a 50% chance of any other off-banner 6★ Operator.

A 5★ pull on the banner offers a 25% each for Liskarm and Meteorite, and a 50% chance of any other off-banner 5★ Operator.

Should You Pull?

Yes, unless you already have strong defensive options or some of the featured Operators.

Both Hoshiguma and Liskarm boast some of the highest defensive stats in the game alongside very useful tools that open up breathing room for your defensive line. Meteorite, on the other hand, is a highly sought-after AoE Sniper who can shred armour at long distances.

As usual, the guaranteed 5-star Operator in the first 10 summons is always a good investment. However, since this banner only has 3 rate ups (and two of them are Defenders), it may be better to save the red stuff if you already have alternative defensive options or some of the featured Operators.

Hoshiguma Highlight

+ Extremely tanky with very high DEF and HP stats.

+ Great DPS potential with her Skill 3 against groups of low-Defense enemies.

-  Minimal support/utility provided to the rest of the squad compared to other high rarity Defenders.

Hoshiguma is top standard with regards to sheer tankiness. With her high stats, she can take large amounts of punishment while dishing out the pain. Hoshiguma’s Skill 2 allows her to return damage to enemies that attack her (including ranged enemies at a distance), and her Skill 3 has a strong Attack buff and saws into all units in front of her for large amounts of damage. Hoshiguma is a very versatile DPS Defender that can both take a beating and bring the pain.

Liskarm Highlight

+ Does ranged attacks, and can hit aerial enemies.

+ Skill 2 deals multi-target Arts Damage and has a chance to stun.

+ Her first Talent allows her to act as a Skill Point battery for adjacent allies.

- Skill 2 Stuns her for 5 seconds after the duration, leaving her unable to block enemies.

Average HP despite her high DEF stat.

Liskarm is an electrifyingly solid support tank. The Arts damage and Stun chance of Liskarm’s Skill 2 allow her to effectively deal with groups of armored or high threat enemies. Liskarm’s first Talent regenerates Skill Points for an adjacent Operator every time she is attacked, while her second Talent makes her one of the few non-Healing Defenders with innate Arts Resistance. Despite this, however, she is the least “tanky” of the high rarity Defenders, especially when using her Skill 2. That being said, anyone that takes her lightly is in for a shocking surprise.

Meteorite Highlight

Does large amounts of Area of Effect physical damage at long range in a wide area (even more so with Skill 1).

Skill 2 shreds armor for your physical damage Operators and has a fairly low cooldown.

High Deployment cost, and hard to raise Potential due to her rarity.

Defense is on the low-side for Snipers.

The firebomb goddess herself, Meteorite is the current queen of ranged physical Area of Effect damage. Her Talent and Skill 1 combine to deal massive amounts of damage at dizzying ranges, while her Skill 2 opens up the stage for your other physical damage Operators to mount a comeback against armored enemies.
