Overview
The Ultimate Android from Hell, EX Super 17 PUR has been released alongside 3 other EXTREME Fighters for the 3rd Year Anniversary. EX Super 17 GT has a phenomenal Z-Ability for Androids and GT and has a nice combo extension when he enters the battlefield as well as some survivability with his Special Arts and unique ability.
Strengths
Fully-Optimized Android
As mentioned in the Overview, EX Super 17 PUR is a great combo extender off a swap-in. He draws a Blast Arts when he enters the battlefield (activates 3 times) and gets 20 ki on entry as well. If you use his main ability, he’ll also have an arts card draw speed increase to go along with it.
Cyborg Survival
EX Super 17 PUR has a constant 25% Damage reduction due to his “Multi-scientific Marvel” unique ability as well as a 30% heal after the enemy attack is over. This allows him to take a few hits, more than most EXTREME Fighters.
He also reduces the next damage sustained by 30% if you use his Special Arts.
Good Z-Ability
EX Super 17 has a phenomenal Z-Ability for Androids and GT. He gives them 28% to both Blast and Strike Attack at 6 stars.
