Overview
EX Toppo YEL has arrived alongside EX Dyspo GRN as two Fighters who seek to help out the Rival Universe Tag. EX Toppo’s main purpose is to be a supporter to his team and to be the one you’d want to die first as he gives death buffs.
Overall this Fighter is a niche option if you want to run some fun Fighters in PvP but he is not viable at high ranks.
Strengths
Shield Of Justice
EX Toppo YEL’s main ability is fantastic for his team as he provides a 20% heal to all battle members and he gives an extra 10% to Universe 11 Fighters which shows that he’s meant to be ran alongside Fighters such as EX Dyspo and LL SP Jiren PUR. He also gives allies a 30% Damage Inflicted increase.
On switch-out, EX Toppo YEL gives his team a 15% Critical Rate Increase which is negligible in the grand scheme of things but the two debuffs he applies to the enemy can help to turn the tides of battle. He debuffs their card draw speed by one and gives them a 20% Damage received an increase.
Weaknesses
EX Fighter
As with most EXTREME Fighters in Dragon Ball Legends, EX Toppo is not usable in high-rank PvP due to his terrible stat spread.
