Overview
SP Perfect Form Cell YEL is a support Fighter for Androids and Future that synergizes incredibly well with the Fighters on those teams as he’s Blast-oriented.
Cell is also a ramp-up Damage Fighter and he gives death buffs as well which is very good as he reduces his sub-count by 5 once a Rising Rush is activated.
Defensively, he leaves much to be desired due to his stat spread even though he has a 55% Damage Reduction.
Strengths
Perfect Support
SP Perfect Form Cell YEL gives a 30% Damage Received debuff to the enemy via his Main Ability and he heals allies by 10% as well. Once Cell is swapped to standby he applies a 20% Blast Damage received debuff on the enemy.
On death, Cell gives Damage Inflicted and passive healing for 60 counts as well as 30% Ki Recovery which cannot be canceled.
All of this makes Cell a great supporter of Androids and Future.
Perfect Damage Ramp
SP Perfect Form Cell YEL can also deal respectable damage due to his debuffs and his damage stacking. He gets 30% Damage Inflicted per Blast Arts he uses for 15 timer counts which can really ramp up, especially if he’s on a Blast-centric team.

SP Perfect Form Cell YEL is atrocious defensively due to his stats.
