Overview
From the first appearance of the Android known as Cell, EX 1F Cell YEL comes to the game in the form of a Support Fighter who oddly enough--assists the same Androids he needed to absorb in order to reach his perfect form.
Strengths
Main Ability Heal
EX 1F Cell YEL’s Main Ability heals Android Fighters by a whopping 30% and cures his own Abnormal Conditions.
On top of the huge heal, what makes this Main Ability nice is the fact that it only requires 5 timer counts to elapse before it can be used, allowing for any early mistakes to be quickly rectified.
Good Equip Options
Despite not being geared towards one specific stat, this Fighter has a wealth of Equipment options at his disposal and can be optimized any way the Player desires.
Weaknesses
Unusable in PVP
Once upon a time, this Fighter was a moderately decent option to bring into PVP to give Androids a solid heal in a tough situation.
However, due to his age and power creep in general, it’s highly recommended to leave him where he belongs: on the bench.
Awful Extra Move
Inflicting the status of Flash with no other Debuffs for a cost of 30 Ki is just flat-out bad. It’s especially awful considering it's a short-ranged Attack.
Team Synergy
Android
His Z-Ability Boosts Android max base Health, making him an essential bench Fighter for the Team as Androids tend to be geared towards Defensive capabilities.
