Overview

SP SSJ Cabba GRN has received his Zenkai Awakening and looks to bring some great support to Vegeta Fighters, Rival Universe, and Universe 6 Fighters. The highlight of his Zenkai is the fact that his support capabilities got a few buffs and he’s the first SPARKING HP Buffer to receive a Zenkai Awakening.

Strengths

Decent Damage and Defense

SP SSJ Cabba GRN’s stats are decent for a Zenkai Fighter. He can now do Damage to top meta Fighters in the current meta even though he has to wait quite a bit before he can reach his max potential.

He can now also tank fairly well even though he only has a 10% Damage Reduction increase. This is due to his high defensive stats which is more important than Damage reduction.

It’s important for a Support type Fighter to be able to take hits well as you don’t want them dying early during a match to hinder your team’s effectiveness.

Damage Support

As mentioned in the Overview, SP SSJ Cabba GRN’s support capabilities got better with his Zenkai Awakening. He now heals allies on his Main Ability even though it’s a measly 10% Health restore, it’s still good nevertheless.

His Damage support has also extended to Rival Universe Fighters, specifically his Strike Damage support while Universe 6 Fighters get his newly added 20% Blast Damage Inflicted support. Vegeta Fighters get both of these as well.

Weaknesses

Time Gated Damage

SP SSJ Cabba GRN has to wait for 6 timer counts for his Damage to start hurting the top meta Fighters. 6 timer counts isn’t a lot but it’s important for Fighters to have high Damage as soon as they’re switched into the battlefield in the current meta.

Team Synergy

Rival Universe

SP SSJ Cabba GRN is a viable GRN option on the Rival Universe team even though he isn’t their first or second option. He has some value over SP Vados GRN as he can fill the support role of the team although, to a lesser degree. He can still be used as a great bench option for the team as his Z-Ability will allow Vados and SP GoD Toppo GRN to do more Damage and be reliable defensively.
