DBLegends Showdown in Las Vegas Contestants

While there still isn't a lot known about the Showdown Competators, the Dragon Ball Legends community and official site have done so much to provide information on who we will be rooting for (and betting on) in Vegas.

Here's a summary of what we know so far about the Competators.

Overview

A lot if these Contestants are unknown, mostly casuals with Diego and SMG sticking out as being more strategy-minded and competitive. Who knows, maybe they will surprise us during the actual competition!

Overview

Much stronger line-up of Contestants from Japan than the Americas, for sure. Everyone has ranked high in PVP in the past, and their Team Builds indicate a thorough knowledge of Meta dominators.

• Son Family and Female Warrior Builds, versatile playstyle

PVP History:

• Ranked 1st in Super Space-Time Duel #21 and has ranked 2nd and 3rd in a few other past PVP Seasons

• Son Family and Female Warrior Fighters

Battle Tactics:

• Future/Regeneration Teams, Defense heavy

PVP History:

• Ranked 3rd, 10th, and 5th in various past PVP seasons

Favorite Fighter:

• SP Perfect Cell YEL

PVP History:

• Ranked 3rd 3 separate times in PVP, replacing a disqualified Player in Showdown

Overview

Mostly PVP unknowns, but the majority of this line-up appears to have a thorough knowledge of the Meta and what makes a good Team.

Battle Tactics:

• Female Warrior Teams, Balanced. Go-to Build: SP Ribrianne BLU, SP SSJ2 Caulifla PUR, and SP Mai GRN

PVP History:

• Rankings unknown, but they're a PVE completionist

Favorite Fighter:

• SP Saiyaman 1 PUR and SP Taitans Yamcha PUR

• Future Teams, Defensive and Supportive

PVP History:

• Ranking unknown, but they've been playing off and on since launch

This line-up pretty uniformly favors Future, which makes sense as they and Regeneration dominated the Meta before the most recent Son Family update. The focus on wins over Global Ranking is concerning, but these are clearly not casual Players.
