Banner Overview

The Collab Summon Final Banner comes with the extremely hyped and long-awaited SP Gogeta BLU and a rather unique Banner composition. Every Fighter from USTS#1-9 are featured, although with very low pull rates.

While SP Gogeta BLU has the usual 1% pull rate, SP SSJ Broly PUR and SP SSJG Vegeta YEL only have a 0.25% pull rate due to the overflowing amount of SP Fighter in the Banner.

Additionally, the new Legends Road event features SP Gotenks GRN, a Fighter with unique Abilities of his own.

Insanely high stats after Transforming, frightening Damage output all around, very powerful Special Move mechanic, Self-Healing from Main Ability--long story short, SP Gogeta BLU is an overpowered Fighter 10 timer counts into the Match. His stats are very high and balanced and it’s worth noting that despite being a Ranged Fighter, his Strike Attack is extremely high as well, so he doesn’t have weaknesses Offensively.

He gets a 40% Damage Boost for 20 timer counts every time he gets switched in, which allows him to inflict catastrophic amounts of Damage for a fairly long period of time.

His Special Move Damage increases based on how long he stays on the field. The Boost ranges from 20% after 5 timer counts, to 70% after just 15 timer counts.

To make his Special Move even more spectacular, after using an Extra Move--note that it only applies to the next Special Move used-- its Damage increases by a further 30%, its Ki cost gets reduced by 20, and it inflicts all enemies with a No Switching Effect for 3 timer counts, which is especially useful to counter Cover Effects.

While it’s still early to determine exactly how he will fit into the Meta, SP Gogeta BLU’s strengths make him one of--if not the best--Fighters in the game.

SP Gotenks GRN is a Fighter with some interesting Abilities, however, he’s held back by some glaring weaknesses: inconsistent Defensive capabilities beyond one Unique Ability, below average stats, and low Damage output.

Offensively, his stats are underwhelming and he has very limited Damage Buffs, so he’s incapable of being a considerable threat to the Enemy.

He has one Unique Ability that reduces his Damage received by 40% for 20 timer counts whenever he’s switched to standby. Effectively, he’s going to have 10 timer counts of Damage received reduction at most after he gets switched in again, which--while nice to have--isn't game-changing by any means.

Overall this Fighter barely has anything going for him and likely won't find a stable place in the Meta beyond the bench of a potential Fusion Warrior Team.

Other Featured Fighters

SP SSJ Broly PUR is still a powerhouse, and his value will only increase due to how well he pairs with SP Gogeta BLU.

SP SSJG Vegeta YEL is not that great at the moment. His best fit was Sagas Warriors, but SP Gogeta BLU might just replace him there. He’ll be better once the God Ki Tag becomes better.

SP LSSJ Broly BLU is the third Fighter of this Banner with a 0,25% pull rate. He’s absolutely awful at everything other than inflicting Strike Damage, so he’s irrelevant in the current Meta.

The other featured Fighters range from terrible to very good, but overall it’s not that bad, considering there is a chance to pull powerful Fighters like SP SSJ Bardock BLU, SP SSJ2 Caulifla PUR, SP Mai GRN, SP SSJ Gohan YEL etc.

Effects on the Meta

Does SP Gogeta BLU make the “Holy Trinity” the best Team again? The answer is that he makes it perform better against other Meta Teams, but it's still too soon to give a definitive answer.

Essentially, Super Saiyans now have three irreplaceable Fighters: namely SP Gogeta BLU, SP SSJ Bardock BLU, and SP SSJ Broly PUR. This color wheel also makes it a perfect Blue color counter, which is actually the best thing that could happen to the Super Saiyan Tag. In fact, due to the lack of strong Green Fighters in the current Meta, it’s hard to directly counter this Team Build.

Another interesting aspect is how this Team fairs against Future and Regeneration Builds. While their insane durability still puts them at an advantage against a Team with no Team Heal like Super Saiyan, SP Gogeta BLU smashes SP Zamasu RED like no other Fighter in the Game, and his upgraded Special Move prevents the annoying Cover effects these Teams have at their disposal.

Other Tags like Sagas Warriors and Fusion Warriors got better recently, but they are still not good enough to compete with the best Teams in the Meta, especially Super Saiyans.

SP Gotenks GRN barely affects the Meta other than being a serviceable Fighter for Fusion Warriors.

Should You Pull?

This Banner is not as bad as it looks. The chances of getting good Fighters from it are decent, and SP Gogeta BLU is absolutely a Fighter worth spending for. However, those who can’t make an optimal Super Saiyan Team--i.e., those who don’t have SP SSJ Bardock BLU--should probably stay away from this banner.
