Overview
The new USTS#14 comes with some interesting additions. In fact, despite it featuring only two new SP Fighters, SP UGA Buu GRN is featured too alongside with other Legends Rising Fighters, which is unprecedented for USTS. The Banner is focused on making Future and Sagas Warriors better, with the former making the biggest leap.

Effects on the Meta
Future
Thanks to the new Banner, Future now has two great Team Builds that can compete in the Meta despite requiring two completely different playstyles. In fact, Future-Hybrid Saiyan with SP Teen Trunks PUR-SP SSJ Gohan YEL- SP Gohan GRN is a hyper Offensive Team that can obliterate any opponent thanks to the loads of Boosts the Fighters get.
On the other hand, it’s also possible to make a Build around SP Goku Black PUR, with the Team being more durable while still having great damage output overall.
Overall, it’s fair to say that Future is back on board, more diverse than ever.
Sagas Warriors
The new EX Zangya BLU - EX Boujack GRN combination has a pretty high Damage potential, however they don’t fit particularly well with the current Sagas Warrior Core.
Also, EX Boujack GRN’s valuability as a non-Tag restricted Booster can’t be understated, since it’s probable that it’ll be useful in the future once the Tag gets new Fighters.
Son Family
Finally, the Tag gets a good Green Fighter. While SP Gohan GRN will not be a Core Fighter, he provides a good enough Z-Ability to be put on the Bench and used when needed. Specifically, he’s a good counter against Androids.
Hybrid Saiyan
Just like for Son Family, SP Gohan GRN is the only good GRN option for Hybrid Saiyan, and it’s actually easier to use him here as his synergy with SP Teen Trunks PUR is insane. Hybrid Saiyan probably is the best counter to Androids currently in the game.

This Banner is pretty great. If you aim at improving your Future Build, you should consider doing some pulls, since both the new SP Fighters can be very important for that Team.
If you want to build a Future Team from scraps, getting the new SP would not be enough, as it would require you to pull from the currently available Legends Future Vol.2, however at that point the Chrono Crystals expense may be getting pretty high.
But if you’ve been lucky enough to get those two Fighters from the USTS for cheap, and you want to strengthen your Team further, feel free to do some multis on the guaranteed Legends Future Vol.2 Banner as well.
