Can't use remaining ultra #9 tickets.

The Caulifla/Kale/Cabba banner is still up but the ticket banner seem to have disappeared.
I only have 3 tickets left but i should be able to do a single pull with each of them.
What's odd is i'm pretty sure it was there a few days ago, does anyone else got the same issue or is it an isolated case ?
