Which team should I play PvP with?

My current team: Sp final form Cooler, sp cooler, so broly fury. Bench: Sp chilled, sp boujack and Ex cooler.
Different team: Sp zamasu, sp ssj Gohan, Sp Mai. Bench: Ex gohan and two others I haven't chosen yet.
