  • Alongside other Offensive powerhouses, he makes Fusion Warriors the best Offensive Team in the Game thanks to how he’s able to use multiple Strike Cards and still keep a full hand, which makes it easier for his allies to switch in and do a complete Combo.
  • His Ultimate Move is the most unavoidable thing in the Game right now, so he’s a nightmare if he manages to land a Combo while his Main Ability is available.

  • High initial Ki Restore, Arts Draw Speed on Vanish and pretty great Damage Buffs make SP Vegito YEL an incredibly Effective and fast paced Fighter when Transformed.

  • His Transforming Stats, combined with the massive Ability Bonus he has access to, make him very bulky as well. His absurd statline and his multitude of permanent Buffs make him very reliable for the whole Fight.

  • She’s shockingly powerful Offensively, by being capable to create the best hand possible for herself on switch, being able to stack very high Strike Buffs quickly, having a Ultimate Move Burst and  last but not least, Blast Armor Effects.
  • On the other hand, she’s quite squishy despite her Healing and Damage reduction, thus it’s important to not be very reckless when playing with her

  • This Fighter has a very high potential Offensively hanks to his great and stackable Damage Boosting Unique Abilities. In particular, he reaches his peak once he uses his Main Ability thanks to gaining an Arts Draw Speed Effect ( that allows him to stack his Buffs more consistently ) and an Ultimate Move that is still one of the strongest in the Game.

  • His Main Ability removing Buffs might not be as Effective as before anymore due to permanent Buffs being a thing, but it's still quite useful in a lot of situations.

  • He has a lot of very good Supportive Effects, as he’s able to both improve his allies’ Offense significantly and Heal them all.
  • He’s a Tank early and becomes an impressive Offensive option once he gets hit once, as his Strike Damage Buff become incredibly high.

Discussion

Fusion was already very Effective after last month’s Step Up, but now it’s at a whole another level. SP SSB Vegito BLU completely changes the structure of the Team, to the point everything revolves around him. Even though he basically offers no Support, his capability to put insane pressure on the opponent creates big openings for his allies, that can often finish the job with a Ultimate Move or some remaining cards.

Specifically, SP SSB Vegito BLU - SP SSJ2  Kefla GRN make an almost unfair tandem, since it’s really impossible to mitigate damage against them, also considering both have Ultimate Moves that completely ignore Damage Reduction. Not only that, but SP SSB Vegito BLU can even remove it through his Extra Move in a normal Combo, so this Team really can’t be contained if it gains priority.

SP Vegito YEL and SP Gogeta RED are more balanced options, as they can provide great Offensive tools as well as being able to tank some hits, although it’s more difficult for the latter since the opponent’s SP SSB Vegito BLU can easily counter him. All the things he brings to the table are very important, however considering this Build lacks a Heal Z-Ability, it’s perfectly understandable if you want to replace him with SP SSJ3 Gotenks YEL on the Bench.

SP SSJ Vegito PUR also benefits from the Team’s upgrade, and even if he’s aging his Cover and Main Ability still feel very unique and powerful, making him a great option against Strike Teams in general.

Fusion is without a doubt one of the most powerful Team in the Meta, although their dominance isn’t as clear as it was last Anniversary.

Alternate Core Members

His Damage output is one of the best in the Game when Transformed, specifically his early Burst can knock most opponents out since he's able to easily chain two Main Abilities in the same Combo. EX Gogeta RED offers more to the Team so he's bit better at this point in time, but overall SP SSJ Gotenks RED is still a very good Fighter.

He's a good pick for this Team, thanks to his great overall Damage, high Defensive stats and Blast Armor Special Move that still inflicts plenty of Damage.

His Blast focused toolkit makes him a mediocre fit for this Team, but however he's still pretty good thanks to his Nuke Special and Late Game Effects.

He can be very well used in this Team since his Lock - in Effect is still really impactful and his high Defensive stats make him really durable.
