Overview
SSJ Vegeta is a useful F2P option for several Teams. He leads the Pure Saiyans Team, with a fairly good Leader Skill for a F2P Card. This Card’s best place will be the Androids/Cell Saga Team.
Unfortunately, he is outclassed by other SSJ Vegetas on his other Teams. He has a solid Passive Skill that lets him launch multiple normal Attacks, giving him extra opportunities to launch a Hidden Potential Combo Attack.
Strengths
Vegeta is a F2P Pure Saiyans Category Leader, giving Ki +3 and 70% to all stats. He’s essential when running a Pure Saiyans Team on Prime Battle Events. He also has a great set of Link Skills when running with other Pure Saiyans, and especially other Vegeta Cards.
His Passive Skill gives him ATK +15000 and DEF +20000 and, after receiving an Enemy Attack, Vegeta gets an additional ATK +15000 and lets him launch two additional normal Attacks for 4 turns. These 2 Attacks cannot be Super Attacks, but they are two additional chances to trigger a Hidden Potential additional Super Attack.
Weaknesses
SSJ Vegeta is one of the best F2P options for this character but unfortunately, he is overshadowed by summonable Super Saiyan Vegetas in most of his categories. He stands out as one of the better options for Androids/Cell Saga (for SSJ Vegeta, specifically), but this is mostly due to the relatively small size of the category.
Prime Battles are the some of the longest grinds in all of Dokkan Battle and can be a huge drain on STA. 777 Medals are required to raise him from Awakened UR to LR, and 1544 if you want to go for a free Super Attack level of 20. This combined with the fact that his event is only available on Saturdays (outside of special campaigns), leads to the whole process taking a very long time.
Synergy
Super Saiyan Vegetas best Linking partner is New Power From Training - Super Vegeta, gaining 35% ATK and +2 Ki from Links alone. You can run both Cards together comfortably on Androids/Cell Saga. This is also possible on Vegeta’s Family and Super Saiyans, but there are better options than this Card for the Teams. This Super Saiyan Vegeta excels on Pure Saiyans and Vegeta’s Family F2P Teams.
