Overview
Fresh out of the World Tournament, Hellfigher #17 is a valuable support Card for Artificial Life Forms and Androids Teams. Dr. Myuu and Dr. Gero’s creation also comes with a farmable Super ATK thanks to Fused Techniques - Hell Fighter #17.
While impressive in terms of support, he lacks DEF, categories, and currently has no Dokkan Awakening, so he definitely has room for growth. Despite those minor setbacks, Hellfighter #17 is still a great support.
Strengths
His Passive Skill Buffs Androids and Artificial Life Forms’ ATK by 20% and DEF by 10%, making him a useful ally. It also gives him 50% evasion, which makes up for low DEF.
Lastly, Hellfighter #17’s Super ATK lowers Enemy ATK by 20%, and by investing in his combo attack, this Card becomes incredibly useful against tough Enemies.
Hellfighter #17 has the Ki Links, “Fear and Faith”, “Shocking Speed”, and “GT” which are fairly common in Artificial Life Forms and Androids. His ATK Link, “Nightmare”, gives him incredible synergy with The Ultimate Android - Super #17.
Weaknesses
Hellfighter #17’s ATK is decent, but his DEF and lackluster DEF Link are concerning. While the 50% evasion is useful, he can take some hefty Damage when it fails.
While Hellfighter #17’s Buffs are helpful for his category allies, he’s currently limited to two categories and no awakening. He has great potential to be an even better support Card in the future.
Synergy
Given that Hellfighter #17 only belongs to Artificial Life Forms and Androids, players do not have many Team options. Hellfighter #17 should not have many issues with Ki thanks to his Ki Links “Fear and Faith” and “Shocking Speed”.
In terms of DEF Links “Android Assault” is underwhelming. Players may have more success activating the ATK Link “Nightmare” over “Brutal Beatdown”. Overall,he’s a support through and through, with the potential to be even greater in the future.
