How to Farm Cards

Submit Feedback or Error

Introduction

There are some steps you need to take in order to maximize your Card farming efficiency. This guide provides a quick rundown of how that works.

Max Super Attack

Leveling a Card’s Super Attack is the best thing to do first since Awakening your Card’s Rarity will lower your chances to improve their Super Attack, as this table shows:

F2P Card Super Attacks can be maxed by farming copies. Remember to check if the event you’re farming has bonus drop Cards. In the image below, R Overflowing Resolve - Goku (TEQ) is being used to level up another R Overflowing - Resolve Goku (TEQ).

Regular Cards that have the same Character name (ie., Goku) as F2P Cards can also be used, even if the Rarity or Leader Skill name is different (ie., Overflowing Resolve). In the example below, SR Determined Defender - Goku (AGL) can have his SA Leveled up by farming F2P Goku Cards like R Overflowing Resolve - Goku (TEQ). However, this results in a lower chance to level Super Attack compared to using the exact same Card.

Some Cards won’t have any F2P alternatives to farm for Super Attack levels. In these cases, the only option is to use Special Cards like SSR Mysterious Ritual - Elder Kai (INT) and SR Light Doze - Elder Kai (Dozing) (PHY):

Leveing Up and Awakening

You can get Card EXP by using them to clear Quest Stages, or simply Training them with Training Items — these appear as Red Capsules on the Stage board

Awakening requires Awakening Medals that appear in Quest Stages as Pink Capsules. You can get them by farming Growth events or via Trade Points Shop. Common capsules can also be bought in the Zeni shop. Tip: Gregory Medals are almost always a good buy because of how frequently they are needed for Awakening Cards.

Hidden Potential

To access this you’ll need Rank 50 and Epic Showdown event completed. For F2P Cards, you can easily farm 4 copies to open up their Hidden Potential Paths. Other Cards will need dupes gotten from the gacha. If you don’t have any, don’t worry; you can come back to this part later using the Reverse Dokkan function.

You should also max out their Hidden Potential if you have enough Potential Orbs.

Dokkan Awakening

Dokkan Awaken text

To Dokkan Awaken, you need to farm special medals for each Cards from Dokkan Events in the Challenge tab. Not all events will usually be open during a single day so you might have to wait or use a key in the Portal of Memories.
