Dispelling an enemy buff or barrier lowers that enemy's water resistance by 5% for 30 seconds and grants the user one stack of "Stronger Bullets". This resistance reduction will not stack. Stronger Bullets increases the user's critical rate by 4%, and can stack up to three times. The effects of Stronger Bullets will be removed upon using Graceful Bullet. |
