Vulnerability can stack up to 10 times, and each stack reduces defense by 1% and frostbite resistance by 2% for the remainder of the quest unless removed by the enemy. Also, regardless of their attunement, reduces the user's defense by 25% and shortens the window between hitting an enemy and the combo counter resetting by 1.5 seconds. |
