Overview

Melody is a 3★ Wind Blade user who fills a supportive role. Though initially powercrept by Tobias, Melody's new mana spiral grants her a significant boost to damage and utility. These new offensive tools allow her to contribute more DPS than her 5★ counterpart while sporting higher buff uptime than Noelle. For those wanting a hybrid between power and support, Melody stands as an accessible middle ground pick.  

Strengths

Offensive Support

A long-lasting party buff with a low SP cost allows Melody to supply constant STR buffs. 

Decent Damage

Increased Crit Rate, Force Strike damage, and Poison give her the most bite out of all dedicated Wind supports. 

Weaknesses

HP Gated

Staying at full health can be an ambitious task for a melee adventurer, and Ciella threatens Melody's DPS with multiple instances of unavoidable damage.

Dragon Recommendations

Ariel suits Melody's hybrid DPS/support identity perfectly. 

Freyja sacrifices DPS entirely and focuses entirely on team support. 

Long Long and Pazuzu synergize with parts of Melody's kit

Roc is a suitable budget STR option.
