Character Stats
Overview
Norwin is a featured 4★ of Beauty in Motion and one of two Shadow Bow users to utilize Blindness. An inversion of Nefaria’s kit, Norwin’s primary Skill inflicts Blindness while his secondary Skill deals enhanced damage to Blinded targets. Though heavily reliant on the affliction, Norwin wields a more intuitive and user-friendly kit overall, even bringing a measure of offensive support to the table. However therein lies the problem; despite sporting Blindness immunity, Norwin will find Blinding the Light IO boss exceedingly difficult. Against such a mismatch, the Anguished Author may find his 5★ counterpart a superior option for her wide AOE and safety during Jupiter’s Trials.
Strengths
Intuitive Kit
Norwin is not forced to use clunky Bow Force Strikes, instead playing around his Co-Ability and relying on his fast-charging Skills to maximize damage. Â
Blindness Immunity
Though ill-suited for the high-density nature of Imperial Onslaught, Norwin joins a select few Adventurers with full resistance to the pesky affliction of Light IO.
Weaknesses
Affliction Reliant
Literally his entire kit revolves around Blindness. Non-susceptible enemies will both prevent Tragic Farce’s and Blinded Punisher’s extra damage, and deny his team safety from missed attacks.
Fragile
While Nefaria enjoys comfortable HP stat, Norwin is of a squishier variety and must take full advantage of his weapon class’s range in order to safely deal damage.
Dragon Recommendations
Marishiten is the prime DPS choice for her Bleed and 40/60% STR boost.
Nyarlathotep, though more conditional, offers strong DPS coupled with emergency shielding.
Juggernaut is an accessible budget pick for his 4* rarity.
Phantom is a strong F2P option for participants of A Waltz with Fate.
