Overview
Sinoa is the 4★ Adventurer released in the Desert Jewel banner and a pioneer in ranged Flame damage. While her damage is decent at high health, what makes her outstanding is the Custom Concoction Skill, which provides a massive buff to a randomly rolled stat. Though its consistency leaves much to be desired, the pairing with Buff Time +20% allows for various buffs to overlap. It’s unpredictable, but every potential boon will be enjoyed by the party regardless.
Strengths
Powerful support buffs
For offense, a 15% partywide boost to Strength or crit rate is significant. With Buff Time 20% it’s even possible to have both active at once. DEF and HP increases are also welcome no matter the situation.
Excels in Many Types of Content
Due to her versatile buffs, Sinoa is a good choice for not only Wind IO where her resistance matches, but is a popular choice for High Midgardsormr despite her lack of Stun res.
Weaknesses
Unreliable
Aside from Custom Concoction being a random roll, Sinoa must stay in perfect health in order to keep up in damage. Xania by contrast has no such restrictions and can fire off punishing skills without reservation.
Modest damage
Though her Co-Ability buffs Skill Damage, Sinoa has only one damage skill, which activates infrequently due to a high SP cost. Amongst Flame Adventurers-- a category saturated with powerful damage dealers-- Sinoa has trouble keeping up.
Dragon Recommendations
Cerberus/Agni: The best DPS dragons, they help patch up Sinoa’s own modest damage.
Ifrit: A 4★ budget choice that offers good strength when MUB.
Prometheus: His strength boost and Wind Resistance help both Sinoa’s damage and survivability in harder fights.
High Brunhilda: The F2P dragon of choice for Flame Adventurers.
Pele: A decent choice if nothing else is available.Â
Weapon Recommendations

Terranigmus:Â Though costly, the raw stats are worthwhile, and the self-healing skill keeps Sinoa at full health.
