Yes, Verica is one of the best healers in the game, not to mention you're going to need a 5 star fire adventurer for High Midgardsormr.

Not to mention the next raid is gonna be wind. With how good verica is theres no real down side to promoting her unless you already have a healer you've heavily invested in.
