Compensation
The first round of compensations has been given out for an error experienced last week. Players were sent 5,800 Glory Crests to buy out the Arena shop, only for them to convert to Conquest Points either while claiming them or afterwards.
■ Glory Crest – First Distribution Notice
- Distribution Information: Redistribution of Glory Crests sent to the in-game mailbox.
(After the update on 9/19, we will perform a check on affected players and remove the appropriate amount of Conquest Points)
- Distribution Period: From the time you log in - 2019-10-17 14:59:59
Anyone who spent their Glory Crests will still have their accounts refunded. Players whose Crests did not "convert normally" will also likely get a refund of the equivalent amount of Conquest points so that every player is roughly even on currency.
