Kluri started raising a falcon in hope of reducing her workload. Although it ended up doing the exact opposite, she's carried on raising it for fun. Perhaps it learned from its master, because it will never do anything too difficult unless Kluri orders it to.

Builds

Fly! Fluri!

Since Falconer Kluri is a support, we would ideally build her with as much speed as possible to cycle her cooldowns.

Then we want to focus on her Effectiveness %. If solely using her for PvE, 55% will suffice since most bosses have 70% resistance and 15% is guaranteed. For PvP, it is ideal to build this as high as possible to secure the debuffs.

Rest of the stats just go towards making sure she survives as long as possible.

In terms of artifacts, Falconer is one of the best Aurius holder in the game since she can mostly self sustain the extra damage with her S2, Magic Resist.

Imma let you finish, but

My team had the best strategy of all times, all times!

This F Kluri build aims to harass enemy AoE openings, especially the turn grabbers and initiators such as S Rose, Tywin, and others. How? by the power of her S1 CR boost and Elbris.

Building high speed and effectiveness with an immune set, this F Kluri is ready to out speed the enemy, and if she fails to do so, hope to trigger an Elbris effect.

When it does, she will gain 25~35% CR from the use of S1, which often intercepts the enemy team's combo by inserting her turn between it. She won't kill everyone or give her team a turn, so the enemy can eventually finish their work. But F Kluri has S3 to disable someone, which can ruin the enemy's plan all along.

Lastly, Constant proc of Elbris during the combat will add up for more F Kluri turns, meaning more heals, more damage, and more S3.

Team

Core

This team utilizes the aggro ping-pong of the match. The enemy is likely to attack Charles, due to his Elbris. Little do they know is that the Kluri has Elbris as well, and Charles is built in bruiser style with a counter set. Whoever gets attacked, Armin will benefit from Hilag Lance to use her S3.

While it is all RNG and not a single counter from multiple Elbris may occur, and realistically speaking that couple procs of Hilag Lance will not give Armin a turn (Meaning you can always run Aurius here), many users will underestimate this team or overestimate, causing defense wins or reduced aggro in the arena.

Analysis

Overview

Despite being a 3 Earth Knight, Falconer Kluri is one of the best supports available to players who don’t have a huge amount of variety in their hero pools.  With an ultimate full of utility, a bundle of small bonuses from runes, and the ability to carry Aurius, Falconer Kluri can be used by any budget player looking to clear more content as well as helping to lock down low-resistance enemies in PvP.

Strengths

Loaded Support Kit

With the ability to Defense break, dispel buffs, boost CR, and carry Aurius, F Kluri is a one slot wonder for all of these utilities, allowing players to bring 1 healer in the front position, and 2 DPS for PvE content. All of these is helpful in one way or another for a variety of content including Abyss, Raid, Golem, and Aziminak. For PvP, she brings all of the above and the ability to lock down an enemy via Provoke.

High Self-sustain

F Kluri can heal herself up to 12% of the max health every turn. With CR boosts from S1, she can heal back from low health quickly, as well as wearing off debuffs from multiple turns.

Not that low damage output

F Kluri is usually not doing any damage, with low def scaling and no need for investment in critical. But with defense debuff on her S3 and constant turns, F Kluri can pack enough damage to harass the enemy DPS to half health, for your other heroes to do a cleanup. You can also boost this damage with a defense buff.

Non Damaging Ultimate

Players often underestimate the value of a non-attacking debuff spell. The fact that it deals no damage means it cannot miss, thus completely bypassing any elemental disadvantages, further adding to the versatility of the support kit that Falconer Kluri brings.

Low Rarity

The fact that Kluri is originally a 3 unit means that she’s pretty much available to anyone who is willing to invest in her. She won’t be gated like other top tier support through rarity like Tamarinne or in Moonlight Summon like Shadow Rose, making her the ideal support for a free-to-play player.

Weaknesses

Heavy Investment Required

Since she is a Specialty Change character, Falconer Kluri will require players to farm through her SC quest, as well as spirit altar, for a massive amount of runes for her rune tree. Despite being available to players very early in her base form, she doesn’t reach her true potential until players complete her entire SC rune tree.

Not a Tank

Despite having a knight tag, F Kluri is a ways off from being a real tank. Her base stats is relatively low for a tank since she is a 3 unit and she has no ways of locking down enemies aside from her Ultimate, “Fluri, Attack!” Simply think of her knight tag as a way for her to carry Aurius.
