PvP
Tamarinne and Iseria will provide immense support for Lilibet so she can focus on pure DPS. Heavy investment in ATK, CritD, and CritC will make it easier for Lilibet to secure kills. CDom can be speed tuned to move before Lilibet so she can pass with 50% CritC. For GvG however, she will require 100% CritC if she is being used alongside Tamarinne and Iseria or any team without access to CritC buff. With Tamarinne's debuff removal, immunity set on Lilibet is not required.

Team
Tamarinne + Iseria synergy will allow Lilibet the support to pick off any threats. Isera can remove all buff and inflict DEF break on a single enemy. Additionally she will allow instant access to Tamarinne’s S3 which dispel all debuffs inflicted on allies and grants idol form. Tamarinne will follow up with a 50% ATK and CR boost for all allies. At this point Lilibet can S3 and secure a kill on threats and prevent them from resurrecting. CDom’s presence allows for Tagahel, CR boost and high ST DPS.

Analysis
Overview
Cuteness aside, Lilibet is a single-target hero whose sole purpose to exist is to banish Arbiter Vildred to the Shadow Realm. She is currently the only character in the game who has access to extinction. When Lilibet secures a kill with her S3, the fallen victim cannot be resurrected. Aside from dealing with resurrection, Lilibet is simply a bursty single target hero.
Strengths
Extinction
An extremely powerful effect that prevents the enemy from resurrecting when they are killed by Soul Cutter. There are many characters in the meta that has access to resurrection. Lilibet is a great check against those teams. As of now, extinction is currently exclusive to only Lilibet.
Skill Nullifier
When using Soul Cutter, Lilibet is granted skill nullifier which negates all damage from a single skill. As a pure DPS hero, this will increase her survivability.
50% Combat Readiness
Lilibet's S2 inflicts three bleed stacks with a respectable 1.5 multiplier. Additionally, she is granted 50% Combat Readiness. The Combat Readiness will increase her presence and help with CD on Soul Cutter.
High Damage Output
Lilibet’s S3 has a 2.0 multiplier and her S2 has a 1.5 multiplier. With high gear investment and access to ATK buff from a support, Lilibet can potentially one shot an AVildred with her S3 without requiring DEF break.
Weaknesses

Lilibet’s sole purpose is to deal with resurrection, aside from that, Lilibet is simply a high damage output single-target hero. Lilibet has access to high damage modifiers, but there are multiple characters that can fill that role. Lilibet is mainly selected for extinction effect.
Must Secure Kill With S3
Lilibet must secure the kill with her S3 in order for extinction to take effect. If an enemy survives extinction will not take effect. The RNG effect of Moonlight Dreamblade could essentially allow AVildred to survive Lilibet’s Soul Cutter.
Requires High Gear/Team Investment
Unfortunately, subpar gears will not be passable on Lilibet. She will require optimal gears and heavy support backing her up. If she uses her S3, the enemy must die. Subpar gears will risk enemy survival.
