Bruiser
PvP
Since we would like to build Little Queen Charlotte as a bruiser, we should focus on creating a good balance between surviving attacks, and hitting back hard enough to 1 shot most dark DPS/bruisers. Having more balanced stats means that she will survive most AoEs, but probably not a Watcher Schuri nuke. She will 1 shot most Martial Artist Kens, but probably not Fallen Cecilias.
A solid stat spread to aim for would be:
ATK - 3500
DEF - 1100
HP - 14000
Crit % - 85%
Crit DMG - 250%
and as little into other stats as possible. This type of build can ensure Charlotte will live through some heavy damage while being able to 1 shot most Dark DPS/Bruisers.
Set Bonus
If players can get a decent amount of speed (150+) through sub stats, they should go for whatever sets that would help them complete the stat spread. If players don't have the speed sub stats, a speed set could always work. That aside, an immunity set can go greatly to benefit Charlotte to protect her against debuffs until her first turn.
Artifact
Since Warrior Artifacts have a variety of effects, each player should evaluate their own stats and decide which artifact would fit their builds the best.
Durandal - A great generic choice. Would work in tandem with S2 to make up for lower speed.
Hell Cutter - Can help players mitigate slightly lower Atk and Crit Chance.
Sigurd Scythe - Helps with sustain and great in longer fights.
El's Fist - Makes up for low Atk and Spd if players don't lack other stats.
Uberius's Tooth - Good for players who has a build with especially high attack.
Draco Plate - Make up for low crit damage, but the defensive aspect doesn't stack with S2.
Tonfa / Portrait - Great damage boost but better with a full nuke build.
Skill Ups
Since her S3 scales heavily. It should be maxed as soon as possible. S2 should also be invested in ASAP to help with team longevity. S1 can be ranked up leisurely by players but having an extra 30% damage really helps

Team

Here is an example of a guild war offense constructed around ML Charlotte that can be used against a heavily Dark team. Lilias can cleanse any debuffs and bring Aurius, while Maid Chloe can grant Atk up and a fail safe in Revive. With the attack up, Charlotte should be able to pop the main threat and survive until the next with all of these defensive utilities.
Anti-Dark Nuker
PvP
Since Charlotte has an especially potent nuke against Dark units, she can also be built to be a pure nuker.
This advantage here is that it would 1 shot more than just dark units and she won't have any disadvantages since light is a neutral element. This gives her a wider match up availability over Cermia, who is a fire unit, and cannot reliably nuke ice type heroes.
The draw back is that her base stats will be worse compared to a nuker like Cermia.
Stats
As a nuker, only 3 stats matter:
Atk - 3600+
Crit % - 100%
Crit Dmg - 310%+
The 100% crit is to ensure players don't lose RNG fights. The DPS stats should be as high as possible to ensure killing as many matchups as possible. This stat should enable players to kill the toughest of targets including Seaside Bellonas through a tank with critical damage reduction passive.
Set Bonus
Destruction Sets are the most efficient way to boost damage. For players don't can't spare one, an attack set will do. Since with this build we can looking to CR boost into far ahead, we can ignore immunity in favor of critical set to help round out some stats.
Artifacts
Portrait / Tonfa - The best-in-slot artifact for nukers. Can enable Charlotte to 1 shot someone as beefy as Dark Corvus with just an attack buff.
Uberius's Tooth - Would be better if players have an abnormally high attack and no Portrait. The damage provided here has been buffed and partially penetrates defense as well.
Skill Ups
As a nuker, maxing out Charlotte's S3 becomes even more vital. The differing path here now is that S1 should be the second to max since it will help close out fights by eliminating secondary threats.

Team

Another example of using ML Charlotte as a nuker in Guild Wars. Aux Lots can boost her to the top with Atk Up, where she can 1 shot an enemy dark hero.
Watcher Schuri has 2 purposes here:
-Give speed imprint to ensure Aux Lots outspeeds the opponent
-Boost up through Sashe Ithanes to help close out the fight by 1 shotting another target.
This team comp can be adapted into an arena or RTA team by adding a tank, a cleanup fighter, or a dispeller depending on the opponent.

Analysis
Overview
The long awaited Queen has finally arrived. It’s Little Queen Charlotte! She is a 5* Light element warrior who is a natural bruiser, who is someone that can take a few hits, then clap back hard. Charlotte has a fairly simple kit consisting of a defensive passive and a low cooldown nuke outside of her normal attack. This kit further reinforces her bruiser roles as it gives her both the ability to be bulkier than expected and hit back harder than many bruisers can.
Strengths
Defensive Passive
Passives in Epic 7 have the potential to be some of the most desired skills in the game as they don’t rely on turn economy to present it’s value, such as Fallen Cecilia S2, or Martial Artist Ken S2. For Little Queen Charlotte, she has an improved version of Crimson Armin’s passive, which protects herself and her team against critical hits on top of boosting her CR whenever she suffers a crit. This will not only help her survive cleave teams but also boost her to her turn to create counter-kills.
Highly Potent Nuke (S3)
Little Queen Charlotte’s S3, The Will of La Mare, is a single target nuke with a lot packed into it. Not only does it have respectable scaling, it also can penetrate defense by 50%, putting it on the same tier as Cermia. On top of that, it will deal 30% bonus damage against Dark units, which Charlotte already does extra damage against. On top of that, she will heal for 30% of damage dealt which helps her sustain in long fights. Even on top of that, it can be enhanced to a 3 turn cooldown and be soulburned for 1 more turn (-1 turn cooldown). All of this makes her S3 a very powerful and efficient skill.
Safe Turn Cycling
Due to her defensive passive, healing from S3, and being able to self-grant immunity from S1, Charlotte should be able to do very well in a drawn out fight especially when paired with a tank who can hold Aurius for her team, since the stacking defensive passives would make it very hard to kill this team.
Weaknesses
Mediocre Base Stats, Requires Better Gear
Since her kit is so stacked, Little Queen Charlotte’s most obvious flaw is that she has a relatively weak base stat which will make gearing her harder. While her awakening does give her good bruiser stats, she will be harder to gear for more damage, similar to Charles.
Demands Molagora Investment
Since her damage needs to be maximized, Little Queen Charlotte should ideally have a maxed out S2 and S3, especially since S3’s last point grants 15% damage. Long term players will find any hero that demands Molagora investment some of the most daunting to raise since they come so few and far in between.
No AoE, No Debuffs
Little Queen Charlotte is definitely a single target specialist when it comes to her role as a bruiser. While many bruisers (such as Charles or Seaside Bellona) can do it all, Charlotte is good at fewer things. So team considerations must be carefully made to suit each battle’s needs.
