Break You With Speed
PvE
Gear
Speed is the most important stat for Mucacha (surprise, surprise), but it's not the only stat he needs. While his S3 does have a 100% chance of applying Defense Break, it can still be foiled by an enemy's Effect Resistance. As such, Mucacha also needs Effectiveness to make sure his Defense Break lands when he wants it to.
In addition to Speed and Effectiveness, Mucacha needs to build some combination of Atk%, Crit Chance, and Crit Damage to improve his DPS. He has no damage mitigation or tanking ability, so he needs to contribute by capitalizing on his Defense Break instead. Early on, Atk% is going to be the most important stat. However, if you start getting better Crit Chance/ Damage gear and Mucacha is still your best Defense Breaker, you might want to switch over to crit stats, since those will give better DPS in the long run.
Artifacts
Mucacha really wants Artifacts that increase his Speed. Speed is important for countering the slow increase of his passive and the long cooldown of his S3, and of course, it also increases his damage ratios. As such, two of the best Artifacts for Mucacha are El's Fist and Ranon's Memorandum. El's Fist increases Mucacha's Speed AND Attack as his Health falls, while Ranon's Memorandum is basically a stronger version of Mucacha's passive.
Depending on the gear you have for him, Mucacha can also be a great wielder of Uberius's Tooth. Both of Mucacha's attacks are single-target, so if you have a lot of Attack and Crit Chance for him (but not necessarily much Crit Damage), he can get a lot of extra damage out of Uberius's extra damage on critical hits.

Analysis
Overview
Mucacha may not look it, but he's all about that Speed stat. His S1 boosts his own Combat Readiness, his S2 passively ramps up his Speed throughout a battle, and his S3 grants him a Speed buff. Speed is an important stat on its own, but it's even better on Mucacha, whose damage is partially based on his Speed stat. He complements this paradigm by causing Defense Break with his S3, one of the most important debuffs in Epic Seven.
Strengths
Very Fast
Everything about Mucacha's kit is designed to help him go faster. He has high base Speed and a Speed Devotion Aura that increases the Speed of his allies. He gets Combat Readiness every time he uses his S1 and bonus Speed every time he attacks anything (including off counterattacks or Dual Attacks!) After Awakening, his S3 even grants him a Speed buff!
Ramps Up Over Time
Mucacha becomes stronger as a battle goes on. His passive ramps up his Speed over time, and since his damage is also based on his Speed, he hits a little bit harder every time his passive procs and his Speed increases.
Reliable Defense Break
Having a reliable source of Defense Break is one of the most important tools for fighting bosses in Epic Seven. After Skill Enhancement, Mucacha's S3 has a 100% chance to cause Defense Break, making it quite reliable indeed.
Weaknesses
Very Fragile
Mucacha has very low HP and Def to counterbalance his high Spd. This is not necessarily a problem on its own: plenty of other heroes are fragile speedsters. However, Mucacha's fragility is an issue because it makes it difficult for him to use a Counter set. A Counter set would allow Mucacha to ramp up his passive much more quickly in a battle, but because he's too fragile to take multiple hits, it's difficult for him to use this strategy.
Too Slow to Go Fast
It's odd to say that a hero who has high base Speed, buffs his own Speed, and gets Combat Readiness every time he attacks is too slow, isn't it? However, Mucacha has delays baked into his kit that Speed alone cannot surmount. His S2 passive is very helpful, but it takes a long time to ramp up to full strength, and his S3 is very powerful, but it has a long 4-turn cooldown. The slow rate of his passive makes Mucacha a poor choice for PvP, and the long cooldown of his S3 hurts his viability in PvE.
