Kluri is a 3★ Earth-element hero with the zodiac sign Aries, whose primary role is being a Knight. By completing her Specialty Change quest chain, she is able to transform into Falconer Kluri.

Trial Battle
The earlier you know you want to complete Falconer Kluri's Specialty Change quest, the sooner you can start on raising Mega-Phantasmas for her. Even if you haven't started the quest yet, you can "cheat" by leveling up to 10 Mega-Phantasmas to level 39. Once you start the quest line, grind the last levels from 39 to 40 and you'll be done in no time.
For defeating 500 Wild Plants, you can either grind Stage 4-S2 in Zone 4-1 (Forgotten Nightmare, 11 Wild Plants) or Stage 7-1 (Wind Papilo Hill, 20 Wild Plants). Take your Mega-Phantasmas along for the grind to make it more efficient.
Conquest Points can be obtained via High Command Dispatch Missions in the Sanctuary and through the Arena. Earning the points through Dispatch Missions is easier and faster, but for best results, do both simultaneously. (The most productive Dispatch Mission is the 1-Stamina War Mission "Trap Removal.")
This Trial Battle sees Kluri and Armin facing off against Cidd and Dingo.
This fight is very simple: go all-out on Cidd and ignore Dingo. Dingo is Fire-element, so it will take Earth-element Kluri and Armin a long time to kill him, and his damage isn't that high (despite his elemental advantage). Just use all of your skills as soon as they come off cooldown and focus on burning down Cidd.
Once Cidd is defeated, the trial will be a success and your Kluri can undergo Specialty Change, becoming Falconer Kluri. Congratulations!
