Unit suggestion: Panne, the Proud Taguel

'Sup. I'm back again with another unit idea. I wanted to give a shot at drafting an entirely new class of unit, paving the way for me to eventually work on one of my favorite females.

Panne - Proud Taguel

HP: 35
ATK: 35
SPD: 40
DEF: 29
RES: 24

BST: 163

[WEAPON]: Harestone (Blue Beaststone, Effective: Cavalry. Inheritable, beast-only)
Might: 10. If unit initiates combat, unit granted Atk/Spd+2 during battle.
[SUPPORT]: Rally DEF
Grants Def+4 to an adjacent ally until the end of the turn.
[ACTIVE]:
[A] Acrobat (Inheritable, infantry-only)
Unit can move across terrain unhindered.
[B] Lancebreaker
If unit's HP ≥ 50% in combat against a lance user, unit makes a follow-up attack and foe cannot.
[C]

Introducing: BEAST UNITS! As Panne was the first Beast unit I became acquainted with, I felt the would be a good place to start so I could get a feel for how I believe Beast units should be before I eventually move to the cute-AF Velouria. True to Panne's stats in Awakening, she moves fast and hits hard, but has less to offer in the way of survivability, making her a very offense-oriented unit.

Ability Reasoning:
Harestone
Since Beaststones do not exist in Heroes, it's time to be creative. Since I can't exactly come up with different kind of slash attacks the way Dragonstone breaths are categorized, I decided to divvy up the Beaststones by the natural user. Panne/Yarne would have the Harestone, Keaton/Velouria the Wolfstone, Kaden/Selkie the Foxstone, and each of these would have their own initiation abilites set to match the natural strengths of that patricular class. In this case, as Taguel as heavy on offensive prowess, I gave the Harestone Swift Sparrow 1. I also have an idea for the Beastrune as a weapon that functions entirely differently, but the time for that will come later.
Similar to bows and fliers, Beaststones are inherently effective against Cavaliers. The reason behind this was that Beast units naturally learn the Beastbane ability. Since making that its own inheritable ability would effectively negate Horse Emblem (though I feel some would be okay with that), I decided to instead make the ability native to the Beast-exclusive weapon.
Like Dragonstones, Beaststones can be passed from Beast to Beast without restriction, the weapon's color changing to match the unit it is equipped on. Panne is a Blue Beaststone wielder, so I categorize the Harestone as Blue by default.

Rally DEF
This is an ability that Panne is capable of learning, if you reclass her in Awakening. I try to limit myself to only two newly-drafted abilities per unit, so for the others I try to stick with what is available to them. In this case, Rally DEF

Acrobat
An ability that Panne learns in the Trickster class, this ability would give whoever has it the ability to pass unhindered over non-water terrain. Obviously, unpassable barriers are still barriers, but terrain like forests and mountains no longer obstruct the infantry unit wielding this ability, making them exceptionally useful for baiting, or in the event that a quick escape is necessary.

Lancebreaker
The reasoning for this is the same as Rally DEF. Alternatively, I could have given her Swordbreaker, as she learns that as well, but Swordbreaker is much more readily available; whereas Lancebreaker requires the sacrifice of a 5* Arthur or a 4* Narcian to obtain. That's a bit of an investment for Arthur, and Narcian is a limited unit for now, so for inheritance reasons I gave her Lancebreaker. Though if they ever add the Beastkiller spear, maybe Swordbreaker would have been more balanced. Dilemmas.

Hmmm...maybe. From what I've noticed, though self-focused passives (including immunities and nullifiers) are assigned in the A slot. Technically speaking, Acrobat only removes the terrain penalty similar to how Svalinn Shield removes the Armor penalty when fighting anti-armor weapons. It's difficult to say for certain, though, since Acrobat both is and is not a movement ability (at least, not in the same sense as Wings of Mercy), and is and is not a nullifier.

I would break my bank to recruit Panne if she came to Heroes

I like the entire concept a lot. The only thing on here I might change is Acrobat being inheritable to all Infantry units. If anything, I would just make it a characteristic of beast units, and I would also restrict mountains. Fliers gotta keep some advantage imo.
