Hero Build Overview/Explanation
Astra Blade + Glimmer + Life and Death 4 + Hit and Run + Swift Sparrow = Phil Swift Damage
This build involves incredibly high Attack, which means incredibly high damage. The Astra Blade and Life and Death 4 make her a killing machine. Glimmer will be a high-power special, as it boosts the damage Catria deals by half of what she would deal, and it only takes two hits to charge. With Glimmer, you don't need Heavy Blade OR Quickened Pulse, as Catria will very likely be able to outspeed her foes. Hit and Run is the best B-Passive for this, as fliers can't inherit Close Call, and Catria has low defenses, so she'll be able to escape easier, especially if her teammates have Reposition/Swap.
Pulse Smoke is just to help prevent foes from charging their specials. Catria needs to especially be careful of foes with Ruptured Sky for their specials, as the damage boost they get will be determined by her Attack, which will be really high. Astra isn't recommended because with Catria's high Attack, Glimmer will deal more-than-enough damage to defeat foes.
