Hero Build Overview/Explanation
This build has in mind a fully merged Fjorm.
+10 merges and +10 Dragonflowers.
It is vital to be fully merged and powered-up to make this build work consistently and effectively.
HIGH INVESTMENT.
IV: +SPD as much as possible. May opt for Neutral IV but reduces efficiency and will need seal adjustjment.
Ideal is +SPD/-DEF/ or -HP or Neutral.
Default weapon LEIPTR for DC effect(and possible future refine)
Assist skill: Reposition or Swap or Rally Skills whichever is preferred.
Special: Noontime for sustain. Can be Moonbow for consistent damage.
A Slot: LD4 to take ATK to a good level and SPD to respectable levels. A fully merged Fjorm can take the stat loss on DEF/RES and still have decent mixed defenses.
B Slot: Repel 3 or Close Call 3
This skill augments the LD4 stat reduction. A +SPD is most ideal to use this skill to its full effect. The damage reduction makes Fjorm deceptively tanky. This has strong synergy with LD4.
C Slot: Flexible. Can be Attack Smoke 3 for budget builds.
Other options can be Def/Res Oath 3 or Rouse Def/Res 3
Smoke options are Panic Smoke and Attack Smoke.
Time Pulse allows for guaranteed special trigger upon combat if Noontime/Moonbow is equipped. Highly preferred as it is expected that units in high AR tier play will see very high SPD stats in the zone between 45 - 55.
Seal: Steady Posture 2 to take SPDs to above 50 and augment DEF a bit.
If Neutral, Darting Stance 3 is taken.
NOTES:
This build is mainly for AR mixed phasing.
+SPD IV is important to allow Fjorm to not be doubled especially against uber fast speed units that sees SPD stats in the late 40s and early 50s.
LD4 + seal sees Fjorm in the 50s SPD zone and allows for maximum dmg reduction from Repel/Close Call.
Repel/CC also provides better AoE (example: Ophelia) coverage and better RES tanking vs mages (like Reindhardt) that plagues high tier AR play.
