Hero Build Overview/Explanation
This is heavily a support Mercedes, and is not in any way built for offence.
Weapon:
Dazzling Melancholy is a great weapon to support allies for 3 main reasons.
1) Mercedes can safely charge Miracle (as long as the foe dose not have Null C disrupt)
2) Melancholy resets the foe, and foes in 2 spaces specials, preventing scary high cooldown specials such as Galeforce and Aether.
3) Melancholy inflicts guard, and its effect overwrites special spiral, stopping special spam/AOE spam teams
Healing Staff:
Restore + is a rather good healing staff, if i do say so myself. Due to the fact that it restores hp, and kills penalties, it can be a great asset for defensive play. of course, healing staffs like Rehabilitate + or Martyr + can heal more to lower hp targets, so it depends o what you want to do.
A slot:
Fort Def/Res 3 bring Mercies Def and Res to 31-39 respectively and will help out with her longevity. Not more i can say.
Necessity, i Mean B slot:
LIVE TO SERVE HEALS ALL THE HP SHE HEALS FOR TO HER SELF ALSO, KEEPING HER ALIVE (i think thats a valid point)
C slot:
Def/Res gap is there to support her tankiest ally, making them more tanky. a guard or Atk/Spd gap or any other gap will work as well.
Seal:
Steady Stance bring her stats to 39-39 if her foe initiates, helping her stay alive.
