I... thought I could resist summoning but I've got that urge of do it (that happened before when I had another account) until I get one of the desired characters and pulled her after investing 400 orbs, did a lot of blue snipping though (I know I said I wasn't going for it but I let the RNG take the best of me)... and yes I know this investment was rather questionable but felt like posting this to see if I can discharge some of my tension... really, RNG was merciless this time and barely any pity breakers appeared (2x Shigure, Ephraim and Hinoka), totally different from the previous beast banner (only 100 orbs and used all stones and got a good IVs Nailah). Guess I'll have to do hard saving for the FE6 banner, I'm not interested on the legendaries of this month (they can wait).
Anyways, I'd like to ask a few questions:
• Her base kit is nice and got her with great, but not the best IVs (maybe +SPD/-DEF would be even better?)... should I change some of her skills?, been thinking of summoning Young Azura to fodder her A which could be better to keep Selkie speedy and (perhaps) with an even wider activation range of her weapon and probably chill res since her B is pretty situational but not that bad.
• Which characters did you get and how much did you invest?
1. Beast units like to be away from their team (unless it’s a beast emblem) as in order to change form they need to be a space away from allies, so Solo skills would be great on Selkie.
2. My luck has been very dry as I got to 4.75 on the Greil’s Devotion banner, so I decided to get a HS!Elise instead. Turns out i got her in 20 orbs and she’s +Spd/-Def, might go with a Fury+Desp build. Also i might go to Quadtown with a Brave Axe+Bold Fighter (+Atk/-Res) Greil.
Ahh true... I tend to run a mixed team so... should I fodder the only L!Eirika I've got for her A? (she doesn't have nice IVs and she's sitting on my barracks).
Oh... I see, I think I've reached as far as 4.5 until I got pity broken by a goddamn Shigure (the funniest part is that he appeared before as a 4☆ between all this snipping).
You got really good luck with that banner, those IVs on your Elise are nice!, that build will be good because of her HP.
I assume your Greil will be player phase?, in that case I imagine you'll change is A for DB?
Well, I would keep Eirika as she’s my only copy. Also she’s a legendary hero, if you don’t like her I would go ahead and fodder her, up to you really. Also the Solo skills are much better on flying beasts. If you had a spare Flora, Atk/Res Solo would be great on Selkie as she can reach 40 res before buffs.
Yeah DB3 and Bold Fighter is what I’m going with, might not do it as I have loads of green armors. So he is indeed a player phase unit, but I’m really unsure if I should do it...
I like her but I don't mind foddering her for anyone who could make better use of her solo, but thinking best about I'll wait for a copy and if I get a +SPD Selkie I'll merge her but not now (done with the banner).
Hmm... I don't have Flora nor any of the flying beasts (specifically the herons would make best use of Flora's solo) but if I get her she'll be instant fodder that's for sure.
Oh then if you have that much perhaps it's not too good of a idea specially if you got someone else for that role, probaly you'll give him a more defensive utility?, he's got great defensive stats for that and has built-in wary fighter and aether.
No those ivs are really good on her. Her weapon is based on VISIBLE buffs so fury is best. Also chill spd>chill res, chill res will help her double with her weapons effect, but only on melee units and it doest help her beyond that, so not just cut out the middle man and go chill spd.

Only the visible buffs... alright then Fury would do best than either a solo or a bond skill.
Oh I see, then if I plan to give her that I should save the feathers so I can fodder that from Panne when she's available... but desp is better right?, considering I'll be slapping fury on her and got the resources for that.

Thanks!, I remember getting Hardin too on the LA banner (tried no more than 50 orbs to see if I get Lilina or Lyn but got a nice DC fodder with -atk/+spd).
Oh but they got great IVs, specially your Micaiah will be a hard hitting one. Probably I got a similar luck as you but compared with Duma's banner, I've got a hefty load of 5☆ for 300 orbs and I don't remember how much I invested on the L!Azura one but got like 4 of her (I was fine with 1 and was hopping for a +atk L!Hector) but this luck serves me right as well.

That was a lot better certainly, planning to save them until you get a +spd one?, I think she'll find useful a spd boon.
That's what I should've done, specially seeing that luck wasn't on my side on the first rounds but I had to go and do... that, but I deserved that bad luck, now to hard save for FE6 banner (hope Idunn pops in as a regular unit but I'd be fine with a GHB), I'm a bit sure that the legendary of this month is easy pass specially since it'll return later and I'm not interested on the returning ones.
Hope you get her!, I'd try to get her but that can wait, I'm satisfied with Selkie and Velouria is the most possible demote (I hope so).

Yeah they'll be there for two weeks (the length of the event as well), but as always I went to try first-day luck, mostly dissapointed but no point in complaining about that, now I'm hoping for better luck on the FE6 banner!.

Not so bad luck!, at least B!Lyn and Jaffar have better usage but the two Shigure I got are DS fodder, if that skill weren't his base I'd have long turned him into feathers but it's unique to him.
The IVs are rather inconvenient but good that you got them!.
Right now I've 113 orbs for FE6, I'll most certainly avoid this month's legendary since I'm not interested on the ones that'll accompany him/her and still some to get from the new book III chapter.
That ends in a 54 attack with his initial weapon, good to see you had a lot of luck with that, how do you plan on building him?.
Yeah I say the same but I'm kinda thankful the returning legendaries of this month aren't top interest for me, right now I'll pull only freebies 'till the FE6 one, if there's no Idunn well I'll see... L!Lucina would be handy (possibly going to invest on march mythical if I'm interested on that char) otherwise just let the banners pass by.
I hope she's the demote as well, been thinking it could be most likely with the different colour logic and the not-so-exclusive skills (except ward beasts).
Yeah the attack is a bit off but I get to understand.
Good offensive set that takes advantage of his respectable physical bulk (been thinking of DB3 as a good alternative in case there's no brazen fodder and is a bit situational but with careful use it's no prob).
Ignis would do about double extra damage (would give him that since he'd be running SS+HB3 seal).
My luck has been pretty bad lately so I was not expecting much.
However, I've done well on the new Kitsune and Wolfskin banner.
Pulled 3 full circles:
* Brave Lucina
* Young Tiki
* Kaden (-Att/+Spd)
I already had Brave Lucina and Young Tiki so just merged them.
I'll do at least 2 more full circles with the 2 tickets remaining.
