Rehabilitate+ Vs. Recover+

Hello everyone, I started FEH 2 weeks ago and this is my first post! I was wondering which of the 2 options above would be more beneficial to put on my Sakura, who has an ATK stat of 45.

Rehabilitate+: 50% of ATK -10 HP (Minimum 7 HP). Heals more the lower your HP is, if your target's HP is <50%.

Recover+: 50% of ATK +10 HP (Minimum (15 HP).

Recover+ will heal about ~33 HP each time AND has a minimum of 15 HP whereas Rehabilitate is dependent on the HP but has a minimum of 7 HP. Right off the bat it would seem better to take a consistent 33 HP but I've had instances where my HP is in the single digits and then BAM!! Rehabilitate+ brings it back to full.

I would love to hear your thoughts before I go through with the operation y'know?

Personal opinion, I like Physic+ more due to it's range, making it far flexible with positioning.

But out of Recover+ or Rehabilitate+, I would go with Recover+ due to it being more useful for most situations. When you consider that a lot of champion HP don't reach 50, that makes it that Recover+ is hitting usually around 66% (at worst) of the max health. If the unit has below 40 HP, then Recover+ is basically healing back to max. Meanwhile, Rehab+ would require them to be a extreme low amounts before matching Recover+ strength.

I currently have physic+ but the reason I asked this question is because I felt like physic+ only healed around 20 something and would sometimes not be enough to withstand a second attack in some of the harder maps such as squad assault or the devs say thanks maps

i think it comes down to your units. On a team with bulky units recover will be more useful. While teams with frailer units will benefit sometimes, assuming they dont get one shotted. Over all tho I feel like recover is better most of the time.
