For the record, the b-skill was supposed to be atk/def ruse, but gamepress didn’t add ruse b skills to the selection pool, so I just chose the closest skill to it. Ideally, Rath would be at least +4 to get these stats, and this build requires highly (and I mean HIGHLY) expensive fodder. Firesweep bow is still 5 star locked and only on one unit for some reason, then inherit life and death 3 from a spare sothe, then make a dificjlt decision to fodder off Leila and get L&D 4 and her ruse skill. Honestly, you can pick any rally skill you want. Then inherit the atk smoke from a spare kaze and nab the swift sparrow seal. L&D would get rath up to 52 atk and 46 speed, which is not ideal, but the seal brings it to a more menacing 56-50 ratio. It can be brought up further with some dragonflowers and more merges. And then atk smoke would save rath some hp if he does get attacked by any chance. If he’s not fighting, then he can rally support in the back lines. Firesweep users are definitely used for offensive purposes, but rath is fragile, so I wanted to keep him alive for a little longer
