I heard you like debuffs?
The classic double Ploy debuff set-up combined with Lachesis's already impressive stats make her a true terror on the dance floor. Double debuffing Spd with Ploy and Sabotage makes her almost certain to double with a +spd IV, and feeds Broadleaf Fan beautifully. If you don't have a spare summer Lilina laying around, Temari from New Year's Eir is another fantastic choice, and quadruples down on debuffing, but even her native Courtly Mask will be more than good enough if you lack the above weapon fodder. Keep in mind though that Fury will eventually turn off Courtly Mask's buffs.
Alternatively, for IVs, an atk boon will help her secure more kills against tankier mages/lancers, and +res can further cement her as a top-tier mage killer and double-down on making her Ploys and Sabotage hit.
Iceberg is as always the special of choice for a speedy high RES unit, and Fury just pads out her stats nicely to almost guarantee that her Ploy skills always trigger. If you would rather not use her offensively, Fortress Res 3 is a good budget option (or you could always use Fort. Def/Res 3 if you have a spare), and Wings of Mercy on a flying dancer is never a bad idea.
This new Lachesis is basically a flying, slightly more min-maxed version of Tethys, but unlike Tethys, she can actually kill things (no shade towards Tethys, I love you). I personally think that, despite the other units having T4 skills, she is the 2nd best unit on her banner after Duo Sigurd and, as a 4 star focus, anyone in need of a good dancer and or debuffer should absolutely pick up as many copies as possible.
