Hero Build Overview/Explanation
Replace the Link skill with Atk/Spd Ruse since lol Gamepress. Anyway, Titania I think is better suited for a support role, honestly I view her as a Melee esque Cecilia in a way, mainly due to their weapons but Cecilia's TA is optional. Anyway, this is a standard set, Triple Tactic is a strong thing to have and can suit various team compositions depending on what you need and well, Titania isn't going to do THAT much to Greens or Blues anyway even with a better offensive Axe due to her stats, so having an Adept weapon isn't the end of the world imo. The Ruse provides even more utility making the enemy weaker and slower, which grants offensive and defensive support in one. You can pick any Rally skill you wish, the Spd/Def+ one is all I had but I wanna get Rally Def/Res+ for her eventually.
