Lull Atk/Spd 3 makes your speed more consistent but Lull Atk/Def 3 works fine as well. Ninis's Ice Lance provides the uncommon beast killer effect which you'd prefer to use over something tankier like Berkut's lance as this weapon makes you more aggressive on the player phase with +4 to all stats when initiating combat.
