Hero Build Overview/Explanation
(This build is at +10 Merges, +15 Dragonflowers, and Summoner Support)
So, this may seem like a typical hero build, but the reason why it would work so well with Lissa is because of her bulk. You may think Silque would be a better option, but why give Silque Pain+ when she has Melancholy+, an insane staff for support units. Anyways, Lissa's bulk is why it would be best to build this healer. Most healers will default to a low attack and mediocre speed anyways, so it's best to focus on their bulk and utility. Lissa's 37 DEF/43 RES makes her the perfect wielder for Pain+. She can survive multiple rounds while dishing out guaranteed damage substantially, and potentially finishing off enemies with a potential 52 ATK, and 42 SPD, and unlike most healers, she doesn't require the assistance of Fort Def/Res to be bulky.
Now, Lissa wouldn't be to fight on her own of course, however, there's another healer build that would make Lissa a super tank during combat. (See my Wrys build I submitted.) With the +11 DEF/RES during combat against ranged users, Lissa would take little damage while counterattacking with no sweat. With this typical build for a healer on the right healer, and the right support healer, it will take no sweat in sweeping enemies.
