With the help of Brave Lucina's Drive Breath or Infantry Pulse, Luna starts at 2 cooldown, and if Hana initiates combat, she will pierce with Luna on the 2nd hit. In case she takes a hit, Wrath kicks in, and the cycle repeats. Pretty effective and simple. Other more expensive builds include the damage reduction skills on the B slot, or Time's Pulse on the C slot to reduce relying on teammates.
