Joint Hone Atk boosts Celica's already high attack, helping her trigger the Heavy Blade seal.

This in turn allows her to trigger Miracle, and her sword has a healing effect when refined, so you don't have to worry about Miracle not working because she's at 1HP.

It also leaves Double Lion, so her offensive potential is even better, because of boosted attack.

Simple and practical.
