Hero Build Overview/Explanation

Freyja's nightmare horn is one great weapon, having distant counter and the damage reduction skill allows her to survive a lot more hits than she should with her bad defensive stats. However, this goes as far as can go, due to this and how much this unit already packs a punch, we could ignore offensive specials and run a defensive one.

We'll run Escutcheon, it may not be the strongest shield special, but it's consistent, and allows for 70% damage reduction on melee hits. This mixed with the fact that it only needs 2 charges, we can run heavy blade to always charge it up when we counter the enemy. But this isn't all, we also will make use of her special skill, binding necklace, since it will allow us to steal the bonuses from our opponents, so, any potential buffed nuker will be not only debuffed and we will get his buffed stats, but also, we will always have a spectrum +2 to all our stats and cause the enemy spectrum -2 in combat as long as we meet the solo criteria.

Due to the fact that this unit longs to be alone (surprising, knowing her story with her brother), we'll run her Atk/Spd Solo 4, since it works like a charm for her, to boost the effect of her nightmare horn and reduce the damage she receives as much as possible. For her C skill, there are many that work well for her, but I think the best one is Rouse Atk/spd 3, due to her solo nature (however, on the first turn of battle, it will not proc, since you'll start close to your allies, and this procs at the start of the turn), other skills that can also work are the menace skills (a staple in my builds) or any smoke skill.

And for the support skill, anyone can work, but reciprocal aid can be desperation/vantage/wings of mercy enabler, which allows some really good strategies, so, I tend to run it in any unit I create (that and smite usually work well, except if I need a support skill for the build in specific)

This unit however, isn't perfect, she will struggle with ranged units, since her damage reduction special only works on melee, and ranged units can be quite speedy sometimes (making it more difficult for the nightmare horn's damage reduction), so, if you are able to get those units down as soon as possible, it would be advisable (the fact that this unit has cavalry movement allows her to do some blitz war and target those units better.).

Also, for her bane and boon, she can benefit from either an atk or spd boon (spd one is preferable) and for her banes, no one is quite good, since she is meant to endure some hits since she runs no offensive special to one hit, but the best one would be HP (however, if possible, merge her to get rid of the bane and have all her defensive stats on neutral at least)
